Triking weight

Post by harlynbird » Tue Feb 26, 2013 10:12 am

My local class 3 mot garage has recently stopped trading, another fairly local garage are asking what weight the car is - above or below 450kg. I don't remember the question before at mot time. Any idea of the standard weight or should I just go get it weighed?

Hi,
My early (number 27) car weighs just under 400kg. I had to provide a weigh bridge certificate before my local station would test it.

Ours is 360 Kgs Reverse gearbox, Jackal engined vehicle. I have had it weighed on the local weighbridge. Class III MOT at under 400kgs.

Graveley Garage near St Neots is the place to go if you are near enough; service first class, attitude first class & helpfulness first class.

Regards
Richard
